Jonathon Warner has more than 43 years of experience in trial and appellate litigation focusing on contingent fee matters, both commercial and personal injury, in state and federal courts. Mr. Warner has a diversified practice including contract disputes, professional negligence (legal, medical, and architectural malpractice), sales rep disputes, and personal injury matters. Additionally, he is a leading mortgage foreclosure defense attorney in New York and represents clients on numerous real estate litigations. Mr. Warner has won multiple multi-million dollar verdicts for his clients.

Mr. Warner has a Martindale Peer Review rating of AV Preeminent. He received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 1974, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He graduated from Swarthmore College with a B.A. with honors in Political Science and Economics. He was previously an associate with the law firm of Phillips, Nizer, Benjamin, Krim & Ballon. He is a member of the American Bar Association, and the New York City Bar. Each year, he participates as an evaluator in the American Association for Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition.

Karl Scheuerman  has over 25 years of litigation experience in a  wide variety of professional negligence, commercial, and  real estate matters in both state and federal courts.  His practice also includes advising clients on personal injury matters.  He has extensive experience crafting briefs at trial and appellate level. His written work is regularly lauded as superb legal writing.

Mr. Scheuerman graduated from State University of New York at Albany with a B.A., with honors, in 1989. He received his J.D. in 1992 from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was an editor on the Hofstra Labor Law Review. Mr. Scheuerman was admitted to practice law in New York in 1993.
